First up, we have the Mediterranean Lunch (vegetarian-friendly) featuring a delightful spread of small pita or naan bread, creamy hummus, juicy sliced peaches, Tillamook white cheddar cheese, a perfectly boiled egg, and a refreshing Mediterranean salad. And for those who prefer a more classic option, we have the Classic Lunch showcasing a delicious turkey sandwich with all the fixings, paired with sliced strawberries, crisp cucumber slices, sweet raisins, and a side of crunchy pretzels. Mediterranean Lunch (vegetarian)
Sm. Pita / Sm. Naan bread: 4.5oz / cut into quarters
Hummus: 2oz
Sliced peach: 1⁄2 peach / 1.5 oz / cut up
Tillamook white cheddar cheese: sliced in half / .7oz
Medium boiled Egg: 1.7oz / sliced in half
- bring water to a boil, add egg, boil for 10-11 minutes
Mediterranean salad:
- 1oz cherry tomatoes (cut in 1⁄4)
- 1 oz cucumber (cut in 1⁄4)
- 1⁄2 tsp. Olive oil & 1⁄2 tsp lemon juice, pinch of salt
Classic Turkey Sandwich Lunch
Turkey sandwich:
- 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 tbsp Mayo, 1 slice organic American cheese(.7oz), 1 slice of Turkey breast (1oz), sliced tomato (.7oz). *Cut off edges, slice in half
Strawberries: 2oz sliced in half
Cucumber: 2oz sliced
Raisins: 1oz
