To ensure next-day delivery, please place your order online, call us at (303) 657-1600, or email your order to orders@etaiscatering.com by 4 p.m. the day prior to your event.
To ensure Saturday delivery, please submit your order by 4 p.m. on Thursday.
To ensure Sunday or Monday delivery, please submit your order by 4 p.m. on Friday.
Depending on product availability, we may be able to accommodate same-day orders Monday through Friday. These orders can only be placed by phone and must be received before 10 a.m. Please note that same-day orders are not guaranteed.
Changes & Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations to orders for Tuesday through Friday must be made by 4 p.m. the day prior to delivery.
Any changes or cancellations to orders for Sunday or Monday must be made by 4 p.m. on Friday.
Any changes or cancellations to orders for Saturday must be made by 4 p.m. on Thursday.
We are unable to accept same-day cancellations. However, if your order has not been prepared, we will cancel it for you. If it has already been completed, we can either deliver it to a different address, schedule delivery for the following day, or donate it on your behalf. For cancellation requests before our opening hours, please call (303) 657-1600 and leave a message with your order number.
In the case of inclement weather, please contact the office at (303) 657-1600 to inquire about any temporary adjustments to the cancellation policy.
