To ensure Next-Day-Delivery, please place your order online, call us at (303) 657-1600, or email your order to orders@etaiscatering.com by 4 pm the day prior to your event.
To ensure delivery on Saturday, please submit your order by 4 pm on Thursday.
To ensure delivery on Sunday or Monday, please submit your order by 4 pm on Friday.
Depending on product availability, we may be able to accommodate Same-Day-Orders Monday through Friday. These orders can only be placed by phone and must be received before 10 am. (Please note that Same-Day-Orders are not guaranteed.)
Delivery feesstart at $15 based on location, order size, and date/time of the delivery. Please give us a call if you’d like more information on the delivery fees or an estimate.
Changes & Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations to orders for Tuesday through Friday must be made by 4 pm the day prior to delivery.
Any changes or cancellations to orders for Sunday or Monday must be made by 4 pm on Friday.
Any changes or cancellations to orders for Saturday must be made by 4 pm on Thursday.
For cancellation requests before our opening hours, please call (303) 657-1600 and leave a message with your order number.
In the case of inclement weather, please contact the office at (303) 657-1600 to inquire about any temporary adjustments to the cancellation policy.
We are unable to accept Same-Day-Cancellations. However, if your order has not been prepared, we will cancel it for you. If it has already been completed, we can either deliver it to a different address, or schedule delivery for the following day, or donate it on your behalf.
